These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, licensing, and use of the software plugins (“Products”) provided by Creative Idea LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using our Products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Licensing

  • Each Product is licensed on an annual subscription basis.
  • A valid license grants:
    • Access to plugin updates during the licensing period.
    • Access to support as described on the product page.
  • Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted.

3. Digital Delivery

  • All Products are delivered digitally immediately after purchase.
  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
    • Delivery begins immediately.
    • You gain instant access to the digital content.
    • You waive your 14‑day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law.

4. No Refunds

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
  • Refunds are not provided for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect purchase
    • Lack of technical knowledge
    • Incompatibility with third‑party themes, plugins, or hosting environments
  • Refunds are only provided if the Product is proven defective and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, as required by EU law.

5. Trials and Demos

To help customers evaluate the Products before purchase:

  • The All‑in‑One plugin includes a free installation and 14‑day trial.
  • The Hotel Manager plugin includes a fully functional online demo. By using these evaluation options, customers can verify compatibility and functionality before purchasing.

6. Support

  • Support is provided only to customers with an active license.
  • Support covers:
    • Bug fixes
    • Guidance on plugin features
  • Support does not cover:
    • Custom development
    • Third‑party conflicts
    • Server configuration

7. Updates

  • Updates are provided during the active licensing period.
  • Updates may include new features, improvements, or security patches.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss
  • Business interruption
  • Damages arising from misuse or improper configuration
  • Conflicts with third‑party software

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations.
